Plans, limits, and changing them

What each tier is for, what happens on upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation, and the honest rules about your data.

Updated September 11, 2026

Three tiers, one philosophy: pay for what the operation needs today, change your mind any time, never lose data over a billing decision.

The shape of the tiers

  • Free and Solo are single-operator plans: you, your pools (up to the plan's pool cap), the full feature set for running your own route. No team members, not even one.
  • Pro unlocks the team: managers and techs as paid seats, unlimited pools, and everything else. Current pricing and caps are always on the plans screen in Settings, Subscription.

Pool caps count active pools (ones with a schedule). Archived pools and prospect pools do not hold slots; paused pools do.

Upgrading

Instant. Pay the prorated difference, limits lift immediately. Adding seats on Pro works the same way, with a stepper in Settings, Subscription.

Downgrading

Allowed once you fit the smaller plan. If you are over the target tier's pool cap, or you still have team members and the target allows none, the downgrade is blocked with a message saying exactly what to archive or remove first. Nothing is ever auto-deleted to squeeze you into a smaller plan; you make the calls.

Cancelling

Cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period, and if a payment fails you get a 30 day grace period rather than a trapdoor. When a paid plan truly ends, the company lands on Free, and if you hold more pools than Free allows, the overflow is archived (least-recently-serviced first): schedules off, history fully intact, restorable by re-activating within a plan that fits. Team members are never removed automatically; their access simply waits on a plan that supports them.

The data promise

Every tier can export everything, any time (Settings, Your Data). Cancelling changes what you can do, never what you can retrieve.

Two notes

  • Promo codes are entered at checkout; a valid code applies to the first bill(s) per its terms.
  • Text message allotments are per plan and reset monthly; heavy texting months are covered by top-up packs rather than a forced upgrade.
